Getting Started
How long does implementation take?
Most organisations go live within 4–8 weeks using our off-the-shelf industry models. Full custom configurations typically take 8–12 weeks depending on integration scope.
Do we need to be on ServiceNow or SAP to use Unify Today?
No. Unify Today is fully standalone. It integrates with SAP, ServiceNow, and other systems if you have them, but doesn't require them.

Are there contract lock-ins?
Annual subscription agreements. Multi-year arrangements available for Enterprise clients with additional commercial benefits.
Are implementation costs included?
Professional and Enterprise tiers include implementation support. Starter includes standard onboarding documentation and email support.
Can we start with one module and expand?
Yes. Start with your most critical need, such as Risk Management or Compliance, and add modules as your programme matures.

What systems does Unify Today integrate with?

Where is our data hosted?
Your choice, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or on-premise infrastructure. Data sovereignty and residency requirements are fully accommodated.
